Distracted?
Distracted?
Powerful real-life coaching stories of people who overcame their distractions to achieve more.
People get distracted very easily, and we all see such people in our everyday lives. Among this crowd, there are people who remain focused and keep achieving more and more in their personal and professional lives. What makes them different is not the absence of distraction. Instead, it is their conscious choice to create traction by developing clarity in what they want and then creating small daily habits that keep them focused on their goals.
This book is my personal collection of stories from a few such amazing people that I happened to coach over the last few years. You will notice their stories are based on simple and doable small actions that created the desired difference over a period. You may see yourself in some of the stories as each story invites you for a self-reflection with powerful questions at the end.
The purpose of sharing these stories is to inspire people and help them understand that creating traction is a conscious choice and can be done easily with simple and doable small steps.
